What do others think about this approach, which I would support as it sends a more gentle signal than simply "we're not going to attend"?

> - communicate to ICANN that the council has some reservations regarding this meeting
> - if the meeting takes place you should attend
> - provide a comprehensive report to the GNSO weekend session
