[council] San Fancisco meeting schedule

Dear Council members,

Glen and I are working in organizing the GNSO Agenda for San Francisco.

If there are any topics or meetings that you need us to consider or to book
space for please let us know. (working groups, house meetings, etc)

We are also working on finding a date and time for meeting Patrick Falstrom
new chair of SSAC.
