Dear Bill,

Thanks so much for your e-mail.  I understand some of the challenges you
mention in your e-mail below.  However, I think one option we have is for
the SOs/ACs to briefly discuss the prep meeting in their meetings earlier in
the week to select their reps, and provide them positions on the issues to
be discussed.  What do you think?
