[council] PEDNR Final Report

Councillors,

Tim (GNSO Liaison) and Alan (Group Chair) and I have been discussing this at length since yesterday. Both feel there should be a little more discussion before we are ready to make a motion.

I obviously defer to their wisdom on the work being done and therefore withdraw this motion at this time.
