AW: [council] Public comment?

I think the major request is to achieve more GNSO awareness and
attendance in public meetings.
We have established this "Outreach" team actually chaired by Olga. They
should come up with recommendations. A quick shot from the community
could lead in a wrong direction.

	Does it make sense to have a public comment period to find out
what the community wants or needs our public meetings to be/cover?
