As requested, the following is some draft language that we might include in an invitation to participate on the drafting team to develop the details of a Whois Service Requirements survey.  Please feel free to edit or modify.

"Expertise in the technical aspects of gTLD Whois, and background on the history of gTLD Whois policy development, would be particularly useful to this group."
