[council] PROPOSED MOTION to Acknowledge Receipt of the final PDP-WT Report

All,

Please find enclosed a motion to acknowledge receipt of the PDP-WT Final Report.  The motion asks that the Council immediately begin a 30-day comment period.  Please keep in mind that we have just completed a public comment period on the Proposed Final Report during the San Francisco meeting, but have made a couple of changes that we believe should be reviewed by the community in response to previous comments.  In addition, given the significance of the proposed changes, another comment period is probably a good idea.

The goal would be to vote on the recommendations themselves during our July meeting.
