The Report of Public Comments on the UDRP Preliminary Issue Report is  now available for your review at the link below:

Please note that the summary is over 30 pages long(!) reflecting the extensive comments received on the Preliminary Issue Report.  I am in the process of drafting the Final Issue Report to reflect the information from the Public Comment Forum, and expect to publish it in mid-September.
