However, switching to a threaded discussion environment is a big change and we want to find out whether or not this is how Community wants to interact, via this public solicitation. Thinking we may receive good feedback about it, we already began development of a prototype Public Comment space utilizing ICANN’s Confluence Wiki platform by mid-July. If we receive enough positive community interest on the issue, we plan performing a limited community testing on such an environment during October-November period.
