As I am helping to set up the agenda for Dakar, I have asked that these 2 items be included in the agenda in our meeting with the GAC.  Please let me know if anyone has any issues with that.  This is the first time I am aware of where the GAC has provided "GAC Advice" directly to the GNSO as opposed to the ICANN Board.
