It has been brought to our attention that the GNSO Council Abstention Notification Form that should be completed by a Stakeholder Group/Constituency Officer when a Councillor is going to be absent from a Council meeting was very difficult to find so now it is posted at the top of the GNSO Home page http://gnso.icann.org/ in a easily accessible box:
