Dear All,

In follow up to the GNSO Council's consideration of the ICANN Staff proposal on IRTP Part B Recommendation #8 and the IPC comments (see http://gnso.icann.org/mailing-lists/archives/council/msg12555.html) at the last Council meeting, please find attached an updated version of the ICANN Staff Proposal based on our review of the IPC comments (http://gnso.icann.org/mailing-lists/archives/council/msg12580.html). As discussed, everyone is encouraged to review this updated proposal and the IPC comments with their respective Stakeholder Groups / Constituencies and share your feedback so that any further changes can be made, if needed, in time for the next GNSO Council meeting.
