[council] New Chair for the Consumer Metrics Working Group

All,

As you likely know, Rosemary Sinclair has had to step down as chair of
the Consumer Metrics WG.  

As the GNSO Council liaison, I wanted to let you know that Jonathan Zuck
has volunteered to take over as Chair, with approval by the WG.

For the record, the WG is nearing completion of its assignment.  Our
target schedule is as follows:

July 24, 2012 - Review Public Comments
July 31, 2012 - Review Public Comments / Construct next draft Advice
Letter & Review
August 7, 2012 - Review Final Advice Letter / Submit Final Advice Letter
to GNSO Council
