Dear All,

On behalf of the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy Part C Working Group, please find attached the WG's Initial Report. Please note that in conjunction with the publication of the Initial Report, a public comment forum has been opened (see http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/irtp-c-initial-report-04jun12-en.htm). Comments can be submitted until 4 July following which the comment reply period will open. The WG is planning to provide an overview of the report to the GNSO Council in Prague, but if you have any comments or questions in the meantime, please feel free to share those.
