Thanks Carlos and Osvaldo.

We have an item on the agenda for our call on Thursday on this, where I would like to get a clear indication from the Council on the points that we as a group want to stay mindful of. Things like:

- Is the academy a good idea?
- How should it be funded?
- What should be taught there?
- Who should be welcomed as participants?
ect...

Thanks,
