On behalf of Mikey O'Connor, please find attached his comments on the Registration Abuse Policies (RAP) Working Group recommendation on Uniformity of Reporting which he agreed to provide following the discussion the Council had in relation to this recommendation at the Open GNSO Council meeting in Prague. Mikey will be available to present his comments and/or answer any questions you may have at the next GNSO Council meeting.
