Please find attached for your consideration the GNSO Council Recommendations
Report to the ICANN Board on the Thick Whois PDP.

For those that are new to the Council, this is the document that, following
Council's approval, is submitted to the ICANN Board together with the other
required Board Papers when it considers PDP recommendations, as outlined in
the PDP Manual.
