The results of the doodle poll to schedule a Council meeting, as agreed at the Public Council meeting in Durban, indicate that 1 August 2013 at 15:00 UTC is the optimal date and time.

The motion to Adopt the Locking of a Domain Name subject to UDRP Proceedings Policy Development Process Final Report and Recommendations needs to be resubmitted and any other reports, motions and documents for consideration are due no later than (NLT) 10 days in advance (i.e. MONDAY,22 JULY 2013 at 23:59 UTC) of the GNSO Council meeting on 1 August 2013 at 15:00 UTC.
