Thank-you for this suggestion.  It sounds like a good one.  

Indeed, the RAA is on our agenda for today under AOB but will now be brought
up the agenda since senior staff have offered to assist in briefing Council.

Would it be possible in Beijing to have staff deliver a presentation and
update on the new Draft RAA and possibly a document which shows comparisons
between the LEA Recommendations and the current draft?
