In view of our prior discussions in relation to advancing the Privacy and
Proxy Services Accreditation PDP, attached please find a draft motion that,
if passed, would adopt the latest version of the charter.  The effect of the
motion, if passed by the Council, would then be to set up the PDP Working
Group as soon as possible.
