You may recall the interchange (in our GNSO weekend session in Durban) which
has led to this letter being written.

 

Point 3 of Chuck's letter refers to a topic we will discuss tomorrow.

FYI.

 

This past Friday I sent the attached letter regarding ICANN accountability
to Fadi in response to a request he made of me in Durban.  I also sent it to
ATRT2 because it seemed to be closely tied to their work.  Today I requested
that the letter be posted on ICANN's correspondence page.

 

Jonathan -  Because the session in which Fadi & I had the exchange was a
GNSO session, I will leave it up to you whether you want to forward it to
the Council.
