[council] Motion on CCWG DT work

Please see attached a motion proposed for consideration at the forthcoming
GNSO Council meeting.

 

I believe that it is self-explanatory and of course, we can have more
context in the actual meeting. 

 

For reference, I chaired the original drafting team which produced the
original draft principles.
