Hello All,

Attached are the slides used in the public forum yesterday.   I edited the
last slide to make clear that the Board may convene a meeting (in response
to Jeff Neumann's question), and that ALAC would also be invited as one of
the ICANN SO/ACs that had provided input on the topic (in response to
Sébastien  Bachollet's request).
