Dear Councilors,

Please find attached, for your review, a draft Briefing Note on the new PDP
to explore possible curative rights protection mechanisms for IGOs and INGOs
As you¹ll recall, this was requested by the NGPC in its letter of 24 July.
If the draft is acceptable to you all, Jonathan can send it off to Cherine
with a cover note indicating that it is being sent in response to the NGPC¹s
request: see
