[council] Filling the ccNSO Council liaison spot

All,
 
As my term on the GNSO Council is up at the annual general meeting in Los Angeles, the Council will need to designate my replacement as liaison to the ccNSO Council.
 
It is little heavy lifting, but does require participating (observing and listening, mostly) to the monthly calls of the ccNSO Council.  The calls generally are held to an hour and are scheduled at 1200 UTC.
 
It has been my practice to issue a meeting report to the GNSO Council so that each of you can be aware of their actions. 
 
If the reinvigorated joint meetings of our two councils, the rapid expansion of cross community working groups and the natural affinity between the GNSO and the ccNSO on ICANN matters (e.g., budget, SSR and accountability) all hold, the position will become more visible in the coming months/years.
 
I suggest we put the selection of a new liaison on the agenda for either our meeting September 4 meeting or in Los Angeles.
