>>  ….  the election of Board Seat 11, currently held by Mike Silber.  His term is up at the annual general meeting in Los Angeles.  It is possible for him to be re-elected.  

Actually Mike’s term is not up until the AGM in 2015.

Chris Disspain’s current term expires at the AGM in Los Angeles in 2014 – but he has already been re-elected for another term.
