Dear All,

Based on Mikey's feedback, I've updated the proposed implementation for item
1 (see attached). As the other comments related more to the implementation
of these recommendations, these may be more suitable for consideration by
the small group of interested Council members that has been mentioned before
should the GNSO Council decide to form one.

hi Marika,

i had a lovely time running through this draft and adding some comments.  i
had such a good time that at one point i wrote a blog post (for one
particular idea got waaay too long for a comment ‹ and needed a picture).

thanks for the update.  is there an informal "birds of a feather" group on
the Council that you turn to for ideas on this stuff?  if there is, i¹d like
to be in that gang.  if there isn¹t, maybe we could form one.
