Thank you, Avri. Council members - please note that for the Thursday meeting staff will proceed to replace the document sent to you on 13 January (and till now linked to at http://gnso.icann.org/en/drafts/council-board-igo-ingo-13jan14-en.pdf) with the 21 January version sent around by Berry yesterday. As Berry has noted in his email, the only change is the addition of the table suggested by Avri, which is a list and summary of all the Minority Positions submitted and a link to them. As such, please refer to the later (21 January) version rather than the one dated 13 January for your review and discussion.

Please find attached an updated version of the IGO-INGO Report to the Board
that now includes Avri's suggestion of a table listing the submitted
minority positions.  The table was added to page 8 after the recommendations
and implementation considerations.

Since Avri's suggestion does not alter the content or nature of the Board
report, staff can prepare the table as suggested and append it to the
report. We should be able to send the Council a copy of the proposed
appendix later today so that the report being considered as part of the
consent agenda for Thursday will include it.
