[council] Cancellation of CWG Drafting Team meeting at ICANN49

Dear all,

Please note that after consulting with Becky Burr and John Berard (co-chairs
for the Cross Community Working Groups Drafting Team), the proposed meeting
for the group originally scheduled for Thursday 27 March from 0800-0900
Singapore time has been canceled.

Becky and John will explore ways to reach out to the broader ICANN community
to solicit participation in the WG that will be formed upon ccNSO-GNSO
approval of the charter drafted by the DT that is up for voting this week.
