[council] GDD Implementation Update

Dear All,

As requested in Los Angeles, please find attached the update provided by the
Global Domains Division (GDD) Team concerning the status of implementation
of policy recommendations adopted by the GNSO Council. Please note that
going forward, we¹ll aim to include a similar level of detail in the project
list which already includes basic information concerning policy
recommendations in the process of implementation (see
http://gnso.icann.org/en/council/project).
