Attached please find the Council’s submission and covering note below to the  reply phase of the Board Working Group Report on Nominating Committee (BWG-NomCom which ends on 9 Jan 2015 23:59 UTC.
“Please find attached a motion, approved by a majority of the GNSO Council, which incorporates the feedback from the GNSO Council in relation to the Nominating Committee Recommendations of the Board Working Group.”
Please note that the voting results summary has been corrected to read as follows in the attachment.

Non Contracted Party House (13 votes)
