Dear Councillors,

During the presentation of the  Translation and Transliteration of Contact Information PDP Working Group to the GNSO on Saturday, 20 June 2015, it emerged that the Group had made a clerical error in its Recommendation #4 (both in the Executive Summary (page 4) and the body of the Report (page 20). This error has been corrected and the correction has been consented to by the WG members (see WG Mailing List Archive<http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-contactinfo-pdp-wg/>). The corrected Final Report<http://gnso.icann.org/en/issues/gtlds/translation-transliteration-contact-final-12jun15-en.pdf> has been posted on the WG Wiki Page<https://community.icann.org/display/tatcipdp/Translation+and+Transliteration+of+Contact+Information+PDP+Home> and on the WG Project Page<http://gnso.icann.org/en/group-activities/active/transliteration-contact> and is also attached to this email.

The Group apologises for this clerical error and hopes the Council will consider the corrected version during its Wednesday public meeting.
