Colleagues,
as you will know, I have volunteered to facilitate the Council Development Session tomorrow. I have worked with ICANN staff on an agenda that promises to make the best out of everyone’s time while we are together.

In the light of the proceedings yesterday I come to the conclusion it will not be the best use of everyone’s time if we proceed as planned.

Thus, please be prepared to discuss a potential way forward for the Council tomorrow. I am more than willing to facilitate that discussion, but please let me know if you have any concerns about me doing so and if you would like to invite more people to the table tomorrow. I urge us all to find a solution rather sooner than later.

Thank you and kind regards,
Thomas Rickert
