[council] Update on SG/C volunteers for the Drafting Team on new GNSO rights and obligations under the revised ICANN Bylaws

Hi,

I also wanted to follow up on this. Considering the number of DT members submitted by each of the SGs/Cs, and in order to maintain balanced representation on this group (to reflect the representation on Council), the NCSG has revisited our list of members on the DT, and would like to shorten it a bit.

The updated list of NCSG members we would like appointed to the DT is as follows:

1. Matthew Shears
2. Farzaneh Badii
3. Amr Elsadr

However, the NCSG has made this selection under the assumption that Edward Morris will remain a member of the DT, having been selected by the NCPH NCA.
