After some discussion, it turns out that our best option is to give a proxy vote to Volker Greimann, as at the request of the RrSG ExCom he can serve on the GNSO until our election process is complete.

As such, the proxy previously given to James Bladel should instead be given to Volker Greimann, and please extend my apologies to all of those confused by this muddling.

The other proxy, given to Donna Austin for Jenn Gore's old seat still stands.
