Thanks for letting us know, Donna – we’d selected that time to try to accommodate as many timezones as possible, though if this does inconvenience several Council members we will of course be happy to move the time. If so, it will likely have to be earlier for West Coast-based folks, say 1400 UTC, so as not to make it too late for the APAC-based people.

Cheers
Mary

Hi Mary

The proposed time clashes with a CWG IANA Transition call, not sure how many folks this impacts besides me. I can make my apologies for the CWG call if this time works more most others.

Thanks

Donna

Subject: [council] Webinar for Councilors on Red Cross/IGO protections

Dear all,

Following consultations with the GNSO Council chairs, staff has agreed to conduct a webinar for the Council on the background, status and potential next steps for the Red Cross and IGO protections issue. We are planning to schedule this for one hour, on Thursday 2 June at 1500 UTC.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have objections to this time and date. The webinar will of course be recorded so that if you are not able to make it to the live session, you will still be able to listen to the recording and view the slides used.

Thanks and cheers
Mary
