Marika,

I volunteer to be the liaison for the IRTP-C/D IRT. I think the issue flagged by RrSG regarding privacy/proxy registrations and change of registrant, although possibly being the mission of the PPSAI IRT, might take at least confirmation from IRTP-C/D IRT that it goes along with that policy.
