Hello Councillors,

just a kind reminder of the At-Large Review Survey that I mentioned in
AoB on the last Council call --- as part of the Affirmation of
Commitments mandated At-Large Review. This is a high level review, with
hired external consultants producing an important report with
recommendations, so I hope you can find the 10-15 minutes to provide
your opinion.

The Independent Examiner ITEMS is seeking broad community input to
measure community perception of the effectiveness of At-Large internal
procedure, work output, and the leadership team. Please take this online
survey http://items.fr/atlargesurvey/ to inform ITEMS recommendations in
its final March 2017 Report. The survey closes on 21 October 2016!
