[council] GNSO Strategic Planning Session - January 2018

Hi,

I think the idea of having Council meeting and intersessional in same week
and in LA was to make it easier and involving less traveling. shifting the
council meeting to the preceding week will make it difficult probably for
many of us in NCSG side traveling to US.
the 2 meetings can be moved together to the week after, the week of 4th
February.
