[council] For your information - What's new with reviews

Dear Marika,

Thank you for alerting us to this update. I will not take credit for being
the first to notice this, but I believe it's an important question to
raise. Does staff know by chance the reason why SSR2's current pause status
is not anywhere mentioned in this "what's new" update? Surely the
unprecedented intervention into a review team deserves a mention to present
an accurate picture?

Best wishes,

Heather
