James, just to note that the RDS PDP WG has been preparing similar updates since April of last year (see https://community.icann.org/x/_RmOAw). We’ll make sure to circulate these to the GNSO Council list in the future (the update is sent to the Board RDS PDP WG as well the WG membership is requested to distribute it to their respective groups and anyone interested). I’ve attached the January update for your information.
