Hello,

On behalf of the Standing Selection Committee please see the attached
motion the SSC is submitting to the Council to select Julf Helsingius as
the Liaison to the GAC.

After considerable review and discussion the SSC agreed with full consensus
on Julf as the candidate for this role.
