Not at all Chris -  James read my mind and said it perfectly. We'd had a
discussion with Goran prior to that session whereby all SO/AC chairs (and
me as a proxy) cautioned that we couldn't make decisions, we don't have the
authority. After the OEC left the room, we discussed what was within our
authority to do (call in our reps and ask them what's going on). The lesson
for me is that I I should have put a marker down to say "I can't say either
way, I have to go back to the community".
