On behalf of the Empowered Community Administration, per Section 6.2(a)(i) of the ICANN Bylaws granting the Empowered Community Administration the powers and rights to (among other things) appoint and remove individual Directors, please accept the following 2 (two) letters from the Empowered Community Administration confirming the decisions of the ICANN Nominating Committee with respect to ICANN Board seats 7 and 8.
