A reminder that the GNSO Council meeting is scheduled on at 21:00 UTC on Wednesday 20 September 2017, rather than on Thursday 21 September to avoid impacting the middle of Rosh Hashanah. Given that Rosh Hashanah starts at sunset on Wednesday evening, please remember to select a proxy for the duration/ end of the Council meeting should you need to drop off the call beforehand, depending on where you are located.
