Yes, that is definitely something staff can do, but for the record, SG/Cs were sent the same information as was sent to the Council. There were no separate reminders as far as I am aware.

    Yes, you are right, and I stand corrected. The initial
    communication did indeed go out to the whole council list,
    but it seems the reminders only went to the SG/C's.

    My simplistic suggestion is that the NCA's are copied on
    emails that go out to SG/C leaders.
