On behalf of Working Group Co-Chairs Jeff Neuman and Cheryl Langdon-Orr, we are writing to let you know that the public comment period<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/gtld-subsequent-procedures-initial-2018-07-03-en> for the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP WG Initial Report has been extended. Public comments will now be accepted through 26 September 2018.

With apologies for the late delivery and acknowledgement that many of you are likely already aware, please note that the Initial Report on the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Policy Development Process (Overarching Issues & Work Tracks 1-4) was published for public comment on 3 July 2018, with a period close date of 5 September 2018 (https://www.icann.org/public-comments/gtld-subsequent-procedures-initial-2018-07-03-en). This report is the culmination of a tremendous amount of community volunteer hours and the WG looks forward to reviewing and considering all input received.
