Dear All,

On behalf of Council leadership, please find attached for your review the proposed GNSO PDP 3.0 Implementation Plan. The plan is expected to be further reviewed and discussed during the upcoming Council meeting, but of course, you are encouraged to share any input you may have in advance of the meeting. As you will have seen, there are a couple of items that are also expected to be addressed during the GNSO Council Strategic Planning Session so any suggestions you may have on how to facilitate those discussions are also welcome.
