Hello and thank you, Julf. For additional context, Councilors may be interested to know that Goran's letter was sent in response to the 16 August 2018 letter that these nine IGO-INGO Curative Rights PDP Working Group members sent to the ICANN Board. In addition, one of these nine signatories sent a separate, similar letter that same day to the Board, to which Goran has also responded (in similar vein to this one that Julf linked to).

The primary point of interest here - besides the fact that the two letters were sent to the Board by Working Group members - may be that they addressed specific points that were raised by the United Nations' Office of Legal Affairs in their letter of 27 July 2018. Goran, on behalf of the Board, responded to the UN letter on 29 November.
