I would go with Marie's suggestion - why don't we submit several points and
keep it high level. Michele's suggestions are important and it would be
good if we make the point.
SGs can submit their comments re: experience and capacity building. But as
we are calling for fiscal prudence, I think it's important to make a short
and concise comment.
